refuse to stop learning

a personal touch

‘Salut! I am the founder and visionary of the project I called Forêt du Mindverse.’

As a knowledge worker and science enthusiast with a background in Economics, I have transitioned into a deeper understanding of the mind and its processes, driven by my personal interest in how cognitive frameworks influence decision-making.

I specialize in the interdisciplinary study of the mind and its capabilities, focusing on Relational Frame Theory (RFT) and its practical applications, such as Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), as well as Complex Systems Science.

In my professional role as a science communicator and designer, I aim to bridge the gap between complex scientific theories and everyday understanding, helping individuals explore their cognitive potential and maintain cognitive well-being.

My work is hugely impacted by Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) and my extensive studies with Daniel J. Siegel, MD. Spending considerable time learning directly from him has profoundly shaped my understanding of how healthy relating influences our minds and well-being.

Still, very little progress has been made to integrate resilience and well-being support into our daily lives in a way that is affordable and accessible.

As a result, I created this online home to offer techniques that address personal obstacles, enhance overall well-being, and optimize performance for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Inspired by the arts, culture and nature, Forêt du Mindverse is an invitation to pursue our insatiable desire for beauty, wherever it may lie within our minds. It teaches us that true luxury is not in possessions, but in the depth of our thoughts, the connections we form, and the beauty we find in being.

some stuff I enjoy:

cinematography, graphic novels, driving, gardening, my French wooden wardrobe in the color of eucalyptus, and olfactory journeys.

I grew up immersed in the diverse, untamed beauty of the Northwest, surrounded by coniferous forests and moss-covered glades, under skies charged with ozone thunderstorms and biting frosts. The sharp contrast of nature’s ferocity and tenderness shaped the depth of my world and the way I see beauty—not as something fleeting or superficial, but as something sensual, profound, and deeply tied to the spirit of a place.

‘And butterflies.’

If you pay attention to the subtle nuances of your life, you may see how a seemingly insignificant moment—a fleeting choice made on a whim—can serve as the spark for a dramatic shift in your life. This is the essence of the butterfly effect—a concept in chaos theory. A tiny action, like choosing to take a different route home, can create a ripple effect, altering not just the rhythm of your day but ultimately reshaping the very path of your life.

‘And black clothes.’

Like whispers in the dark, black swans emerge as rare, extreme outliers—events that seem to arise from nowhere yet carry the weight to change our lives forever. The key understanding of black swans, similar to the butterfly effect, is that these events are inherently unpredictable, despite their significant consequences.

As my next learning endeavor, I have chosen to equip myself with a toolkit for thinking about and studying the social dynamics and neuronal dynamics of cognition using mathematical and computational models.

some more stuff I enjoy:

nature walks, thinking, dried flowers and unkillable aloes (they enjoy alone time – me too), herbal black currant leaf tea, Français, Italiano.

Bisous
