what next?
‘It depends. If you want to learn to ride the bicycle virtuously, you gotta practice, practice, practice those skills!’

Hopefully this site has given you a reasonable clear idea about what to do as your first moves. So, I encourage you to actively practice new skills, at home and at work. You can’t learn to ride the bicycle by thinking about it, reading about it, or talking about it. It will definitely make you more intellectually equiped, but won’t make you a better, more capable cyclist.
I appreciate your feedback, comments and questions. The idea is that you and I work together as a team, to help you build the sort of life you want to live. So it’s not going to be me here telling you how to live your life—it’s a collaboration; we work together.
And I’m really interested to know what methods you think would be effective in maintaining and practicing those skills for you. Would you prefer a structured online mini-course delivered by e-mail, interactive workshops, a fun app, or any other format?
Your insights are valuable in shaping the best approach for continued growth and development. I’m always willing to change what I do, if it helps to create better things.
